GBS TEMPEST & Service GmbH

We would like to inform you of the following changes:

Effective January 15, 2025, GBS TEMPEST & Service GmbH (“GBS”) has acquired all shares in CORDSEN ENGINEERING GmbH (“Cordsen”). At the same time, Mr. Ömer Cevik was appointed Managing Director of Cordsen and is henceforth authorized to represent both companies individually.

The acquisition of Cordsen marks a significant step for both companies, which specialize in TEMPEST technologies within the German, NATO, and EU sectors.

Please note that your existing contacts at Cordsen remain available to you as usual.

In addition, plans are in place to merge Cordsen into GBS. This process is expected to take eight to ten weeks. We will, of course, inform you once the merger is complete.

We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with you and remain at your disposal should you have any questions.

From May 20 to May 22, 2019, we will be represented at NITEC in Oslo together with our partner Bechtle, under the NATO ITM contract.

This year, we once again appeared alongside our partner Bechtle at NIAS19 under the NATO ITM contract.

We are proud to announce, that our company has been accredited to perform TEMPEST-measurements according to IASG 7-03.

From now on we are certified to perform emission security tests in compliance with the national zoning model (BSI/ NTA), SDIP 27 (NATO) and IASG 7-03 (EU).

• Delivery of TEMPEST hardware as part of the project “IT Modernization (ITM)” of the NATO
• The contract has a capacity of up to 45 million for the general contractor with a duration of at least five years.

The NATO Communications and Information (NCI) Agency awarded the Bechtle with the framework contract to cover the demand for IT components.

Bechtle will realize the contract ITM WP2 as general contractor in cooperation with the long-term manufacturer partner Dell Inc. as hardware supplier and in cooperation with the IT- safety professional GBS for the adaptation of the hardware with regard to TEMPEST (shielding for counterespionage).

This project deals with the largest update of IT-Infrastructure of the NATO in the last few years.  

This year, together with our partner Bechtle, we have been at the NIAS18 as exhibitor within the scope of the NATO-ITM treaty.

We were happy about the many visitors and with the help of our demonstrator we were able to get the focus more on TEMPEST safety.

Half a year before the actual end of their training, Karina Kessler was authorized due to her exceptional performance and commitment throughout the training period for testing, managing director Ömer Cevik and trainer Marco Husmann were pleased.

For two and a half years, the trainees in the company GBS TEMPEST & Service GmbH Diepholz and Sulingen and from the school had gone through their training as qualified assistants in wholesale and foreign trade. She was able, with the support of the instructor Marco Husmann, both the written and the oral examination areas with a grade of "Very good" to complete.

Also on the acquittal she received from the Industry and Commerce (IHK) Hannover, office Syke honorable mention for their education.
